Job Title: Business System Analyst

Minimum Requirements: A Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Managment, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and one (1) year of experience in the job offered, as a Systems Engineer, Intern, or a related occupation.
Job Duties: Provide production support and commercialization subject matter expertise to business tools users. Provide guidance to Sales/Sales Admin with respect to Quote configurations. Provide guidance to Contract Admins with respect to Sales order configurations & backlog conversions. Manage error handling and escalations for Quote and sales order configuration errors. Project consultations are needed from time to time for the future release of a complex product or a new business offering. With requirements gathering you will meet with cross functional resources to review the business documents; architect tools solution for quoting and ordering; generate development documentation; clarify as required. In development you will perform quoting tool development; perform unit testing to ensure results match requirements; rework as required; create testing scenarios for end users. In testing you will coordinate testing with End Users for Quoting and Ordering Release and validation. Develop educational information and present high-level information on content of the release. *May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.
Special Requirements: Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following:
1. Implementation experience with Quoting or Sales order fulfillment software
2. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. ServiceNow
4. SalesForce, Oracle CPQ, and SAP
5. MS Sharepoint and Teams Foundation Server (Microsoft TFS)
Rate of Pay: $136,074/year
