The Professional Services Executive (PSE) is a pivotal role focused on account success management, solution execution, customer service, and client retention. By deeply understanding the customer's strategy, business model, and success metrics, the PSE ensures the operational implementation of Varian’s solutionsCore Responsibilities
- Overseeing execution teams to ensure achievement of clients' strategic goals through Varian's end-to-end solutions.
- Building and maintaining executive-level partnerships for long-term loyalty.
- Collaborating with Oncology Solutions Managers (OSM), Sales, and other Varian leadership to ensure client success.
- Executing enterprise solutions to reduce time to value for our partners.
- Acting as a Varian product and oncology expert to ensure client success.
- Operationalizing the execution plan, key performance indicators (KPIs), and partnership governance structures.
- Ensuring patient-centered program deliverables that close consumption gaps and shift strategy toward diversified recurring revenue.
- This is a remote role across the US with up to 50-75% travel requirements.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

- Healthcare finance knowledge, including basic organizational P&L.
- Leads through influence.
Required Certifications and Training
- Minimum of seven years' managerial experience in healthcare administration with expertise in Oncology Operations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance.
- Completion of LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
- Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements for VMS client site access.
Experience Level with Business Tools
- Proficient in business tools such as Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic IT knowledge, especially regarding interoperability and infrastructure.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP products and productivity software desired.

The annual base pay for this position is:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
